Automatic Control Yard Gantry Crane

Overview:

The automatic control yard gantry crane consists of three parts: mechanical transmission, metal structure and electrical equipment. The mechanical transmission part includes the lifting mechanism, the crane trolley operating mechanism and the cart operating mechanism, which realize the lifting, left and right movement and forward and backward movement of the goods, forming a working area.

The hoisting mechanism is used to control the lifting movement of the crane. The crane trolley operating mechanism enables the crane trolley to move left and right on the main beam, while the trolley operating mechanism enables the entire crane to move forward and backward on the track. The electrical equipment part includes control cabinets, motors, sensors, etc., which are used to control and monitor the operating status of the crane to achieve automated control and safety protection.
